3.1 Pre-Orders and Orders

Pre-orders and orders for Parent First, ADHD Later are facilitated through WhatsApp or such other channels as indicated on the Website. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to confirmation of your order.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or such other confirmation as communicated to you.

3.2 Charity Edition

The first print run of Parent First, ADHD Later is a Limited Charity Edition of 500 copies. 50% of net proceeds from the sale of this edition will be donated to Unlocking ADHD and SPARK Singapore in equal shares, in support of their missions to empower individuals and families affected by ADHD and special needs.

"Net proceeds" means the sale price less direct costs of printing, fulfilment, and applicable payment processing fees. We will endeavour to publish a summary of donations made upon completion of the first print run.

3.3 Delivery

Delivery terms, timelines, and charges will be communicated at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.4 Returns and Refunds

As this is a physical book, we accept returns only in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
